Joy is deeply passionate about promoting literacy and expanding educational opportunities for school-aged children. She is dedicated to guiding students and their families in accessing elite independent schools, ensuring they find the best fit for their academic and personal growth. With extensive experience partnering with private high schools, Joy plays a key role in advertising, student recruitment, and counseling prospective families. She also works closely with parents, introducing them to the advantages of private day and boarding school education across the United States.

As a parent whose three children transitioned from the public school system to independent and private boarding schools, Joy has firsthand experience navigating this journey. She understands the complexities, challenges, and rewards involved, allowing her to provide invaluable support to families making similar transitions.

With nearly two decades of experience in both high school and college education, Joy is committed to fostering equal opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds. She recognizes their aspirations and is passionate about inspiring them to dream big and achieve their full potential.

Joy holds a B.S. in Management Science and a Master’s in Global Business Management from Kean University. She finds joy in traveling, speaking, coaching, and mentoring both young and adult professionals.

At Vanguard Global Study Network (VGSN), Joy oversees the domestic and international recruitment of students for independent high school partners, ensuring a seamless admission process and a supportive educational transition.
